Day 20 Wednesday 2.28

This week I have been heavily using my agenda. I have a major Political Science exam that is taking up all my time. I think it total it's going to take me 20 hours, and that's not an exaggeration. My whole life is being spent in the library. I think I might start mediation to keep my stress level down.

Day 24 Sunday 3.4

I didn't meditate today. I was able to relax though. I feel myself getting sick because I had a lot of late nights last week. I slept after going to only an hour of church. Then I did a puzzle with my roommates. It was nice. We put on Harry Potter and relaxed. I haven't had a day like this in forever.

Day 23 Saturday 3.3

I have had three days in a row where I am taking time to meditate. I find that throughout the day I am more mindful of my emotions. I am also more ware of my thoughts and am becoming able to recognize when the stressful thoughts are coming and I can stop them before they start. I am also more aware of my breath over the course of the day. It's interesting.

Day 26 3.5

Today was another day that was not as productive as I would have liked. From 6:00pm onwards, I had to prep for FHE. I am an FHE mom and needed to give some people a ride to the event we were going to. It took longer to get there than I thought. I also had a few meetings earlier in the day that took a lot more time than I thought. So all in all, I got a lot done but none of it was homework.
